Whenever I am out on the boat and the wind picks up I find it really hard to steer. I seem to remember reading something about rudder adjustments that would help put things into balance? Any suggestions? Thanks

b) check rudder alignment (this can certainly cause difficulty steering)
c) rake mast forward to get the center of effort closer to the balance point of the boat - near the daggerboards.
d) rake rudders forward (this doesn't actually eliminate the helm but it reduces the amount of it you feel by placing the center of lift of the rudders closer to the pivot point).

Posts: 12,310 South Carolina | I did that on my TheMightyHobie18 once too - I had to tack the rudders so I could get back - it wouldn't even tack.
I am pretty sure that is much harder to do on a nacra since the union is bolted to the rudder arm - it won't hook to the tiller cross bar if it's on the other side because the union will be facing outboard.
