Can this be cleaned up? They look pretty bad. Was planning on getting some used ones but figured I would ask.

That is called a "paint tarp" ... as that is all that sail is good for (at this point) ... it has been well used ... for many years ... apparently

Just think of all the sailing stories (and of fun times) that sail could tell ... if it could talk .....
