Posts: 3,224 Roanoke Island ,N.C. | Wind Graph Long range forecast is for a very easy sleigh ride right at the upper wind limit of the carbon wonder boat. How would the rating change on the carbon wonder boat if it had a wing, curved boards and T-foil rudders? Just wondering

Posts: 3,906 Clermont, FL, USA | No wing, no T-foils and carbon fiber wonder boy made it to the end taking second place behind the Robert's family on the RC 30. Beth and Karl had a really good day along with Jack Woehoel (sp) on the H20 making very good calls being in the right place at the right time all day. Mark and Tyler on their 5.5 also were well up there.
Finishers from memory:
1 - Roberts 2 - Moss 3 - Ingram 4 - Langefeld 5 - Mark and Tyler 6 - Chris Chords
More results tomorrow after the awards.

Posts: 3,906 Clermont, FL, USA | How did my big red boat (Daddio) do without me? Missed you out there Robert. Daddio didn't do all that well and neither did Tierney. It was an extremely difficult day with with multiple opportunities to make bad decisions plus the 1 knot incoming tide didn't help. It was also a year where many of the multihull fleet didn't make the 6:30 cut off point at Shands Bridge. The seabreeze saved us from what could have been a very long night.
