Naples, FL | question. How do you properly mount a masthead wind vane/anemometer on a rotating mast? Wouldn't that screw up the TWD reading if the mast were rotating over on each tack?

Naples, FL | would that indicate true wind direction? I was toying with Pete's idea of a polar graph for things like the F-boats, Seacarts, and such which all have rotating masts.
