Posts: 5,590 Naples, FL | it did look fast for its size. At least in the video.
Didn't look like it had trapeze wires, either. Maybe Pete might want to take a look?
I'd like to see how it works in medium chop (up to 0.75 meter) and how you'd right the thing.

Posts: 425 Toledo, Ohio (western end of ... | I know only what I can find on the links I provided and associated ones from those links which is why I am looking for more info. I have a Wave and a Mystere 4.3 so I can better appreciate what this boat seems to offer. I would like to confirm that the standard order of rigging is turned around - it looks like the sail goes on the mast before the mast is raised and that happens before the tramp goes on (the front beam needs to rotate to raise and lower the mast). The free standing mast really provides a "clean" package and the carbon mast makes it easy to recover from a capsize (shown in one of the videos). There is no trapeeze most likely due to the free standing mast so it is much closer to the Wave in concept but maybe as fast as the Mystere (maybe faster upwind and slower down). It does look quite quick as it should be at that low weight and the hulls look relatively tall for a drier ride and or more weight carrying capacity. Certainly intriuging enough to want to know more.

Posts: 833 St. Louis, MO, | Curious how they make the mast free standing and rotate? Looks pretty neat. I would also miss my trap lines.

Posts: 6,049 Sebring, Florida. | A Laser mast is free standing and rotates, it's just not wing shaped. They must have a deep mast step socket between the hulls on this thing?
One of the most fun things to do on a cat is to trapeeze though, so it would be nice if they could add that, and a spinnaker and lifting foils and and and...
(that's a joke!)
