Posts: 6,049 Sebring, Florida. | Nice shot Craig! I loved your Gosport Harbor vid too! I do miss it up there.
I was just up in Hampton, flew into BOS Friday afternoon for my Mom's 80th birthday party on Saturday (held at my sister's house in Grafton, MA) then flew home Sunday. Sorry I didn't have enough time to get together and buy you a brew or three.
I was wondering if you'd been out much this summer. Getting any racing in?

Unregistered | Hey Tim, too bad your stay was so short. I have been sailing a ton this summer, but not racing. Nice regatta in CT this weekend , a few F16s at but I decided to skip out on the 3 1/2 drive for me to get there. I did spend the day lining my Nacra F16 up against a Falcon F16 in RI a few weeks ago. Pretty strong conditions, with lumpy seas. Found, at least for that day for the Falcon to be slightly quicker upwind and the Nacra slightly quicker down wind. Was great fun, sure miss lining my cat up against another equal boat, that is the best way to figure out settings, sailing, etc to make improvements in speed. | | | Re: F16 Pic from New England

Posts: 6,049 Sebring, Florida. | Well when it gets too cold for you, bring it on down here! Our sailing season is just about to start with the Wildcat regatta next mo. I might get out later today if the wind holds up, only about 5kts right now but tomorrow's supposed to blow 10-15, so I'll be out there again if the forecast is right. I'll be flying overhead your house this Friday night about midnight, heading northeast, I'll beep the horn and flash the lights. Posts: 15 Massachusetts | Craig, We missed you down at Roton Point this weekend. Rick and I sailed the Open class to get a little more exposure to the H16 and Open sailors. Rick dominated and I struggled a bit to get going but I did beat him twice. Results are here: Roton Point Regatta Results 2013With at least 4 F16s in New England, we need to make an effort to get together next year. Maybe Wickford? Todd Z | | | Re: F16 Pic from New England

Posts: 932 Solomon's Island, MD | Ya'll need to come down to Annapolis, big fleet. And yes, it's part of the New England region, though a long drive. Events worthwhile: Pumpkin Patch Regatta, usually Columbus Day Weekend NASS Race to Oxford usually middle of September. Plenty of other events starting in April and going through end of October. The full schedule is mostly here: http://www.westriversc.org/Unfortunately it's a bit tough deciphering which event is open to what boats, feel free to ask. Normally have 6+ boats on the line.
