Posts: 1,449 | Agreed, 12 ft Surfcat made by Windrush. I used to chase them up for our sailing club years back.
They were a lot of fun and really good for youngsters to give sailing a go. It was nearly as much fun watching them sail them with all the games that we devised that they could play to learn boat handling skills as actually sailing them.
We ended up with a fleet of 7. Back then we were picking them up for around $400 ea but I did have to make new sails for all of them.
I know that the voices in my head aint real, but they have some pretty good ideas. There is no such thing as a quick fix and I've never had free lunch!
