Pictures of the mast

Any ideas how to get this foam out of this mast? I hit a tree branch and well it fell

I took a long Chisel and hammer and dug the foam out last night I will do the bottom of the mast tonight. I am fixing the top of mast with G flex epoxy. Fiber glassing it all and it looks really good the test will come when we sail again!
