I was wondering if it possible to sail through the sebastian-inlet, or if there is a way that I can launch my boat onto the ocean.

Also I am wondering if there is a local Hobie Cat meeting around Sebastian.

Thanks
Scott

Scott, I don't think it's wise to try and sail through the inlet, although I'm sure it's possible, timing would be everything.

There isn't a local Hobie Fleet in the Sebastian area. The old Fleet 45, now an open fleet has regular races and socials, but we are about 30 miles north of you.

I don't know if the IRCA fleet meets regularly or not, they are also an open fleet, and a good group of people.

Check out the http://www.1design.net set for local happenings.
