Some boats actually leave the beach to race.If there is a spot open at this pointe of the season with no boat in it but a chain or rope and you did not dig it in, chances are pretty good its occupied lets avoid conflict over this matter and make sure every boat ends up in the right place. Thanks

If you see a 12' wide boat there just call a tow truck and have it towed.
Thanks on checking up on us. We had a good day today but my phone did not survive. I will call you after the race tomorrow on Drews phone with a blow (embellish) by blow (wind) account. I can tell you that the wind was up and once we got into the ocean it was like a washing machine. Remember the MKL last year...worse...the waves were hitting us broadside once we got into the ocean. The more I look back on it the more fun it was.
I heard the only piece of land that Riviera Beach has with a sidewalk shopping mall/beach is about to go condo-timeshare and people are quitting there positions on the city council over it.That is the last of the public access up there is'nt it?
Re: Barge : You may be looking for a new spot too!

Mine is in front of the Tiara condo. None of that affects me. There is another park just north. They are ruining the island though. There is no way they will be able to get approval of getting rid of the public beach because it is the only one on the island.
Yesterday the weather was not as good to us at Hogsbreath. It started as a broad reach and the spinaker boats let the spins fly. We held onto the back of the spin pack for about 20 miles until the wind switched more to our rear and they just dissappeared. It was a great sail though and we finished the weekend out in 11th place. The first non spin boat.
