Calling all Geeks: I have a fairly new Dell computer that doesn't play many online videos. I get the message: "Additional Plugin Needed". I have Windows media player, Quicktime, Real Player, and whatever waas recomended last time I brought this up. I can't play the vids, and can't get the "Additional Plugin" either! What's wrong? 85km sounds like a nice distance, if there is wind.. Has it ever been cancelled or shortened?

When you come to a page with a video that will not play, the error message is usually clear at the top of the browser window. I find it easier to isolate errors in Firefox than IE..
