Mark-

Congrats and welcome to the "club"! Can't wait to see it on the water! Any chance you'll be in the Keys?

Mark,

All the best weather with your new boat and welcome to the club.

As Kirt sys any change in hopping over to the Keys. We may well be able to arrange a charter boat for you. Will probably be a Taipan + spi but it will give you a change to meet the guys and pick up some pointers.

Mark, if you see a change could you photograph the boat a few times (maybe with yourself on the same picture) and send it to me for use on the website. We are currently working on the new website over the next couple of weeks and we would like to have a few pictures of the club members and there boats on it.

I have a few of kirt already as of Bill Moran and myself. I will soon drive up to the North of the Netherlands to make a few of Sandra and her Bim F16. ANd so on. Ohh, ofcourse if any of the others have a few nice shots of their boats or themselfs that they are willing to put on the site than I will be very happy to receive them.

Please send them too F16HPclass@hotmail.com

I had a chance to check out Mark Talla's Stealth F16 last week in Newport Beach. (Thanks Mark! John oughta send you a case of Guinness.)

The Stealth is, without question, the SEXIEST small cat I've ever seen. Better in person than in photos. The silver hulls, the carbon blades and pole, the tapered carbon mast, self-tacking jib, T-foil rudders (johns says they add 3 knots downwind speed), rigging tid bits lifted from the Tornado...and you can lift it with a pinky (well, almost).

Didn't have time to going sailing yet (was babysitting my 2 year old and due to meet the family back at Disneyland), but Mark left the invitation open. I did get some digital photos if anyone is interested.

Thanks Mark.
