Is there any info on the AO on the net that we can check out.

There is only the state class info but Im after more like sail area, boat weight etc.

Something that I can read up on.

How much or how hard is it to make/buy dagger boards for this boat?

We have the original moulds and charge A$250 plus GST per board. Delivery 2 days after order.
