At present I'm sticking with just the one block. It was a bit difficult today to grip the sheets but that was mainly due to them being brand new, I'm sure that once they've worn in a bit there shouldn't be any problems. Too many blocks takes away any feeling and gybing slickness can also suffer. As for the snuffer end position it certainly cuts down on the downhaul friction which can be caused by coming up through a grommet in the tramp.
555 is one stiff baby and feels a load lighter than "Little Feat" I did have a little more weather helm than I would normally like but apart from that and a few little tweaks with the downhaul loops on the kite everything surpassed my expectations I can't wait to sail her again in a breeze. Which hopefully will be next Sunday.
