I was pointing out that overall we are having the coldest/longest winter in over 30 yeares around here.

And, the climate has changed drastically, the most drastic however was before man and before the industrial age.

Do I think the climate changes? Yes.
Do I think there needs to be some regulation as far as industrial polutants a large factory produces? Have you been to PROC lately?
