Anyone know what the procedure is for the selection of equipment? Is it by invitation? Or can any manufacturer submit a boat? I think the Viper or other F16 is a nice boat, but I do think a bigger boat would be better, to prevent the risk of the proverbial midget sailors. Maybe we will see an F18 design after all?
